Specialist Leaders In Education
The SLE role is a fantastic way of organising school-to-school support. Our SLEs are a mixture highly experienced middle and senior leaders who can go in to another school and offer them specialised support on a one-to-one or group basis. The projects can take many different forms. An SLE could visit from one day to a term or more and each project is tailor made to suit the needs of the school project.
Our SLEs tell us that the they really enjoy working with collegues from a wide range of schools on improving teaching and learning, or finding ways to resolve school wide problems. They are able to share their resources and methodology to help other schools and their students. The aim is to offer support and encouragement as well as some top tips for success.
